Hot-dip galvanizing delivers long-term, maintenance-free corrosion protection in a variety of exposure conditions. Whether used in atmospheric, concrete, soil or fresh- or saltwater applications, hot-dip galvanizing allows for maximum service-life to first maintenance.

Hot-dip galvanized coatings have a proven performance under numerous environmental conditions. After fabrication provides a uniform coating of metallurgical bonded zinc-iron alloy layers ,and pure zinc it produced to create a sacrificial coating that provide sufficient protection of steel against corrosion in accordance with ASTM A 123 and BS EN 1461 specification, Hot Dip Galvanizing is the most effective method for delivering long term barrier and cathode production . HDG is recommended for cable tray used in most outdoor environment and other harsh industrial environment application.

Since 2011 Ba’amer Electric plant 2 provides this kind of protection in the Galvanized unit. This unit contains a series of processing stages primitive minerals on seven stages, to painting with zinc, with care for the product to be in the form required.

A duplex coating, either painting or powder coating galvanized steel, is a highly effective, readily applied method of greatly enhancing the service-life .of virtually any project .

Powder coatings on hot-dip galvanized steel provide an excellent corrosion resistant coating. The selection of this duplex system has two major attractions; the duplex system provides a high-grade architectural finish that does not contain any volatile material and the coating is particularly abrasion resistant.

Due to the environmental effect on the steel, mainly corrosion in the gulf region, the coating are required to protect steel surfaces as well as giving steel constructions a verity of colorful designs.
Our new plant is designed with latest European Technology and Professional Technique, running continuous process starting with chemicals treatment till painting and coating steps, using approved polymers brand name and following an International standard ISO 12944 to match the market demand with the best adhesion.
